Write to Impact 2026.
How can you write to change this year?
Three questions to pound into your head as we start 2026:
Are my goals high enough? I once scolded myself for only wanting to be a professional author. What sort of a goal is that? So many people have done it. Ask yourself: is this all I want? Dream higher—bigger—happier.
Are my time expectations for my writing projects in place? Writing becomes gangrene when your love for it starts to come out of your love for real life people. Writing is serving—and if you can’t serve people around you, don’t think that your fiction will reflect better.
Of course, you could just say that I just think you should be a better person more than I think you should be a better writer—and yes, I agree with that summation of my views—well done.
Do I drink enough coffee? It is proven that coffee can help brain functions for writers… consider it. Totally random Medium article claiming coffee helps writers.
Tell me: what’s on your vision board for 2026? Make it contagious—something to share, some sort of vision train that we can all jump on with. Put it in the comments!

Very good questions to ponder, Noah--especially the last one! Thanks for sharing.
I plan on finishing the 8th book in my series and completing the 9th one as well. And coffee definitely helps with focus and especially, drive. Great post, Noah.
